SUPPORT AFTER REPAIR SERVICE

 

WE PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING TECHNICAL SUPPORT TO OUR CUSTOMERS AFTER REPAIR:

Once the repair on the machine is carried out then we always provide free technical support to our clients. We try our best to solve the problem over the phone or via virtual support. If our customers Computer/Laptop related problem are not solved via phone or virtual support. And if it is not technically possible to offer help for the problem for any specific reason, then the customer has to bring their PC / Computer/ Laptop or Mac with software to our facilities.

If there is NO Repair NO fee will be charged. The cost of repair is always reasonable and economical. We always inform our customer prior to repair about the total cost. We provide our services and support in Leicestershire 6 days a week.

If possible bring all the original Software Discs (especially for Mac) that was provided by the manufacturer or purchased by customer afterwards.

We advise that before bringing your PC / Computer / Desktop / Laptop / Mac to our facilities, you kindly confirm availability on the following number.
