FIRST LEVEL: In this
level we try our best to provide the appropriate solution
to all those queries which can be resolved on phone, if it
cannot be resolved over the phone then it can be done through virtual support.
SECOND LEVEL : If our customer
Computer / Laptop related problem is not solved via phone or virtual support.
and if it is not technically possible to offer help
& troubleshoot to our customer
for his/her PC for any specific reason. Then the
second level covers all those aspects where the
customer has to bring his/her Tower/Computer
or Laptop with Charger.
We offer two options either we can send a person at your premises or you can bring your PC to us for the definite solution. By bringing your PC / Laptop to us will entitles
you for discount on overall services.
